My husband, brother-in-law, and I are flying to Arizona in about a month…I’ve only flown like 2x before and I was about 14. I’m 23 now and still terrified of flying. I’m afraid something awful will happen. Like the plan will crash,blow up, etc. And it makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about getting on a plane. What can I do to overcome this?
I am not afraid of many things, so I don’t know why this makes me so nervous

My parents are trying to surprise my brother with a new aviation helmet. The problem is we don’t know how much is a too much to pay, and how much is too little. We don’t want a garbage helmet but we really don’t know much about this stuff and we don’t want to spoil the surprise by asking my brother.
